How can I apply for a RevolutionCard credit card?
Go to www.revolutioncard.com and click on the "Apply Now" button on the homepage.
How can I activate my RevolutionCard credit card?
From www.revolutioncard.com click on the “activate a card” button on the homepage and fill in the required fields. Once you have completed the activation process, you will receive a message that reads: “Congratulations your card has successfully been activated". Alternatively, you may also call 1-866-756-1929 to activate your card. If you have not been approved for a RevolutionCard account, you must do so before activating your card. Please see instructions above for how to apply for a RevolutionCard.
How do I setup my 4 digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) / Card Authorization Code (CAC)?
If you have a card, you can create your PIN/CAC once you have completed the application process and are approved. If you do not have a card when you are approved, you will receive a Card Mailer containing your new card. You can then activate your new card by going to www.revolutioncard.com as described above. As part of the activation process, you will be prompted to create a unique PIN/CAC.
How do I change my PIN/CAC?
To change or edit your PIN/CAC, go to the "Manage My PIN" link after you have logged into your account. Alternatively, you can also call the number located on the back of your card to have a Customer Service Representative assist you.
How do I pay my RevolutionCard credit card bill?
There are multiple ways to pay your bill:
- Log into your online account, click on the "Make a Payment" button on the "My Account" tab.
- Call the number located on the back of your card and a Customer Service Representative will assist you with paying your bill.
- Mail a check to: The payment address located on the front of your monthly statement. Please note: For security reasons, please do not send cash payments in the mail.
How do I Dispute a Charge on my RevolutionCard credit card bill?
You can dispute a charge by calling the number located on the back of your card. A Customer Service Representative will assist you in disputing a charge. To preserve your rights under federal law, you must write us within 60 days after the mailing date of the first statement the error or problem appeared on.
How do I report a lost or stolen credit card?
You can report a lost or stolen card by calling 1-800-649-0274 to have a Customer Service Representative assist you. A Customer Service Representative will assist you and send a replacement card immediately.
How can I request a replacement RevolutionCard credit card?
To request a new card, you can call the number located on the back of your card to have a Customer Service Representative assist you.
Can I transfer balances from another credit card onto my RevolutionCard credit card?
This feature is currently not available.
How can I increase my RevolutionCard credit card limit?
Please call the number located on the back of your card to speak with a Customer Service Representative and discuss increasing your credit limit.
If I get a new RevolutionCard credit card, will my card number stay the same?
For security purposes, we do not re-issue your card with the same number. If you report your card as lost or stolen, or request a replacement card for any other reason, you will receive a card with a different card number.
Is my account information stored online secure?
The security of your information is of our highest priority. To protect your information, RevolutionCard uses the following security features:
- Whenever RevolutionCard asks you to send confidential information over the Internet, including personal account data, we require that a "secure session" using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) first be established.
- To access account information we require that your Internet browser employ 128-bit encryption.
- When you register for online account access, we ask you to provide personal information to authenticate your identity.
- You choose your own user name and password during the registration process. You are the only person who knows your password, and you can change it at any time.
- When you register, we ask you to answer several security questions. If you forget your password and need to reset it online, these answers are used to verify your identity.
- Secure areas of our site have built-in timers that terminate your access after prolonged inactivity. When you finish viewing your account information, you should log off from the site.
- You should never reveal your user name or password to anyone. Nonetheless, all Revolution Money websites have built-in features to increase the security of your account(s). After three failed login attempts, your user name will be disabled automatically and you will need to contact Customer Service for assistance. If you suspect someone knows your password, you should change it immediately.
- The RevolutionCard website requires a four-digit PIN/CAC to complete all transactions, which provides you with an extra layer of security. Your PIN/CAC must be authenticated before completing many actions on the RevolutionCard website. When making purchases online, you may generate a temporary PIN/CAC for additional security. For your own security, you should not share your PIN with anyone.
- For additional security, your card number is not the same as your account number, resulting in never having to cancel an account due to fraudulent activities.
- Your name is not embossed on your card(s) and you are required to enter your four-digit PIN/CAC to authorize all transactions, which helps prevent identity theft and fraudulent transactions.
- All personal information is safely stored in an encrypted format within our database. Your PIN/CAC, personal information and card number are all partitioned within our database
How can I request a replacement RevolutionCard credit card?
To request a new card, log-into your account and click on the "Request A Card" link. You can also call the number located on the back of your card to have a Customer Service Representative assist you.
